Amendment 2, 17 Aug 2026 - (1) Update CLINS 0002 - 0006 for Base year through Option Year 4 as Optional and as needed per snow event. (2) Add Pricing note: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. CLIN 0001 (Seasonal Readiness Fee) will be fully funded upon award for the base year. Corresponding CLINs for each Option Year, if exercised, will also be fully funded at that time. CLINs 0002 through 0006 (and their corresponding Option Year CLINs) are optional, 'as-needed' line items for snow and ice removal. The quantities listed for CLINs 0002-0006 are estimated for bid evaluation purposes only. The Government is not obligated to fund or execute these line items unless required by actual weather events.
