About this opportunity

This project entails the removal and replacement of flooring approximately 4,370 square foot of carpet on the first floor of Building 122, Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB). The contractor will coordinate with the 21st Civil Engineering Squadron (21 CES) to conduct bio-environmental screening for hazardous materials beneath the existing flooring. Once cleared, the contractor will remove the old carpet and rubber cove base, managing daily site clean-up and off-base debris disposal, as on-site equipment storage is strictly prohibited. To prepare the space, the contractor will relocate standard furniture --coordinating with the Government to ensure all IT cables, power cords, and personal items are removed beforehand.
