The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises – large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) – that can deliver diesel fuel for two emergency generators and a water boiler. The generators are used during electrical power outages, and the water boiler is to maintain hot water for the hospital. There are two fuel tanks; on the north side of the hospital is 12,000-gallons and the south 8,000-gallon capacity. Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN. The Contracting Officer will consider responses for Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) opportunities first, then for set aside programs under the Small Business Act (41 U.S.C. 3104).
