The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Combat Electronics Program (PMA 209), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a new Delivery Order under Contract N0001925G0003 with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Melbourne, FL to update the CAINS II ASN139 Test Bench Technical Data Package (TDP). This acquisition is using Simplified Procedures for Noncommercial Acquisitions and is being pursued on a sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3205(a)(1), Simplified procedures for small purchases, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.101-(b), only one source is responsibly available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
