Critical Estimation and Execution Instructions for Bidders: Execution Outside of Regular Business Hours: To prevent any disruption to diplomatic day-to-day operations, all power shutdowns, switchovers, core maintenance tasks, and functional testing must strictly be performed outside of the Consulate’s regular business hours (e.g., nights after 18:00, weekends, or public holidays).
