About this opportunity

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for a sole source Purchase Order with Reconyx, Inc for HyperFire 4K Camera systems. The period of performance of the resulting award will be 60 days after award. The USGS, Cooperative Research Units in Reston, VA requests the purchase of materials required for a camera trap-enabled monitoring system of wild turkeys on state forest lands in Indiana. N=50 high-resolution trail cameras will be deployed in two state forests in central Indiana following sampling protocols for estimating density using space-to-event and time-to-event models.
