Enclosed in a competitive requirement set-aside for small businesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to replace a failing roof system over an existing ~6000 square foot building serving as a visitor center and tribal offices. The existing roofing material is a faux cedar shake composite which is failing, and fascia and cupola components are also at the end of their lifespan.
