This is to conduct an assessment to identify necessary repairs, renovations, and / or replacements, to include prioritization of needed work in the following categories, low, medium, high and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate for remediation work. The Brimmo Gardens is located at 6 Inner Road, Cantonments, Accra, Ghana. The compound includes an auxiliary building with pool, gym, washrooms, and “caretaker’s” apartment (~80 m2).
