About this opportunity
Proposal Requirement: The Contractor shall submit a technical proposal that fully addresses the requirements of the SOW. A separate price proposal will also be submitted with a detailed breakdown of labor, equipment, materials, and all other associated costs. Proposals are to be submitted electronically. The proposal submitted by the Vendor must be technically acceptable in a line by line review, conducted by the Government, as compared to the scope of work in the SOW.
