Sealed proposals for (CP) Construction Professionals for the construction of Emanuel County Institute Athletic Projects will be received by the Emanuel County Board of Education (Owner), at the office of the Emanuel County Board of Education, 201 North Main Street, Swainsboro, Georgia, 30401 until 2:00 P.M. on September 23, 2026. The Emanuel County Board of Education plans to select the most qualified Construction Professionals Firm (CM) to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of the above referenced project.
