Douglas County (¿Owner¿ or the ¿County¿) is issuing this Request for Proposal (¿RFP¿) to solicit commercial and technical proposals (¿Proposals¿) from bidders (¿Respondents¿) for the design, permitting, site preparation, expansion, and remodel of the Douglas County Public Health Center located at 6770 Selman Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 (¿Project¿). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project. The Project will be funded through a combination of Cobb & Douglas Public Health reserve funds and appropriations from the Douglas County Board of Commissioners General Fund.
