Notice of Intent to Sole Source: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Aircraft Performance Group, LLC for the purchase of software licenses for proprietary electronic takeoff, climb, and landing performance calculations for electronic application of the iPreflight Genesis PRO Performance. The proposed software will be utilized by CBP Air and Marine Operations (AMO) pilots and aircrews for the Multi-Enforcement Aircraft (MEA). This will be added to the pilot’s electronic flight bags to assist with takeoff, runways, performance data both online and offline if needed.
