About this opportunity

The U.S. Forest Service, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) and RFO 6.103-1, intends to issue a firm fixed price, sole source purchase order for services to provide computer programming support for the LANDIS-II forest landscape model to support scientific advances and use of the model for decision support by forest managers, including the National Forest System. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Contractor selected is capable of supplying the requirements because of their experience within this field of study and have the necessary skills to adequately provide these services.
