NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE AWARD The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price award to First Nation Group LLC, the OEM authorized SDVOSB distributor of the Mizuho OSI Trios Table Base. This surgical table base is required for the Surgery Service at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of RFO 13.101(b), which permits sole source procurement when only one responsible source can provide the required supplies due to their unique or specialized nature.
