INTRODUCTION: This solicitation notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is seeking sources for VA Wide Blanket Purchase Agreement opportunities for Third-Party Fire and Life Safety Services The agreement period is six (6) calendar years following award. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Agency anticipates awarding multiple BPAs to provide Fire Protection Life Safety (FPLS) services for VA Healthcare Systems across the United States and its territories (nationwide).
