Amendment 0003 Amendment 0003 is necessary to clarify the relationship between the Category III Pod Scale Server requirement under CLIN 0003 and the Gemini on-premises capability established under CLIN 0009 and subCLINs 0009AA and 0009AB. Following issuance of Amendment 0002, an industry question identified that the solicitation could reasonably be interpreted to require every Offeror proposing Category III to furnish a hardware architecture capable of supporting the Gemini on-premises capability. That interpretation was broader than the Government’s intended acquisition strategy.
