About this opportunity

The Government requires 1,396 RSF / 1,214 ANSI/BOMA office area. The lease term is for 5 years / 2 years firm. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
