REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) – BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), is soliciting quotations for comprehensive Biohazardous and Regulated Medical Waste Management Services for the Santa Fe Service Unit. Services will be provided at the Santa Fe Indian Health Center, San Felipe Health Clinic, Santa Clara Health Clinic, and Cochiti Health Clinic. The requirement includes, but is not limited to, collection and removal of regulated medical waste, sharps collection and disposal, transportation, treatment and final disposal, container replacement and maintenance, manifest and tracking documentation, annual staff training, and as-needed/emergency response services.
