The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for the Pointe Mouillee Cell 1 & 2 Fill Management project. Scope of Work: Mobilize to the Point Mouillee Confined Disposal Facility (CDF). Clear vegetation from Cells 1 & 2. Conduct an initial topographic survey. Construct interior berms and install drainage pipes. Conduct a final topographic survey for verification. De-Mobilize when complete.
