Sealed Proposals for Phase 2 Construction of the One Toombs Industrial Park, located on US Hwy 1 North in Toombs County, GA, will be received by the Toombs County Development Authority (TCDA), 208 East First Street, Suite 100, Vidalia, GA 30474, until 12:00 P.M., Friday, September 25, 2026. Proposals will remain sealed until evaluated the following week. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the TCDA office at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 3, 2026. Proposers must attend the meeting in its entirety. The project includes, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, water, sewer and force main lines, erosion control, and grassing.
