The SOW states that the NWS will reduce the existing tank levels to approximately 20% (about 200 gallons), but it does not specify who will provide the fuel needed to operate and test the new system after installation. Could you please confirm whether the Government will provide the fuel for final testing, or if the contractor is expected to include fuel in its pricing?
