Amendment 4 - 08/21/2026 - This amendment is to update Exhibit B - Rate Table - Tech Library to Revision 3. The changes to the rate table include: rounded all cells to the nearest dollar in accordance with section L of the solicitation, revised formulas on the Regular Labor Estimate tab and the Overtime Labor Estimate tab to account for the total number of months across the period of performance, Travel Estimate Tab was updated to reflect the accurate estimate for the 6-month extension (see updated instructions in red at the top of the Travel Estimate Tab).
