Background Information: The UDP Translational Laboratory conducts functional studies to investigate genetic variants identified in participants of the NIH Undiagnosed Diseases Program. The laboratory relies heavily on high?resolution fluorescence microscopy to characterize patient?specific cellular phenotypes that support clinical research and variant interpretation. The current BZ?X1000 Keyence fluorescence microscope requires additional software to perform advanced analytical capabilities required for these studies.
