Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Ultraleather material required to support testing conducted under the HLS Flammability Task Group. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TAPIS CORPORATION: 53 OLD ROUTE 22 | ARMONK, NEW YORK 10504 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that TAPIS CORPORATION is the sole provider of Ultraleather material required to support testing conducted under the HLS Flammability Task Group. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
