DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Offutt AFB Dormitory Internet Service. Activation of all UH rooms with internet broadband internet service with speeds meeting or exceeding 500 Mbps Download and 25 Mbps upload. Services include activation and installation of any equipment needed for internet service. The Contractor shall accomplish activation of services by the agreed upon start date.
