The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, East Campus Integrated Program Office (ECIPO) requests letters of interest from POTENTIAL PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS for the construction of the East Campus Office Trailers at Fort Meade, Maryland. USACE has a requirement for a Commercial Design-Build Construction project to purchase and install a cluster of four (4) portable, volumetric modular office structures on the lot where the Golf Course Clubhouse (presently partially demolished) once stood.
