About this opportunity
The chemical storage building must meet several specifications for construction, safety, and utility. The required minimum dimensions are 42 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 8 feet 3 inches in height. Access shall be provided by a 60-inch by 80-inch set of double doors, with at least one 36-inch active leaf, centered on one of the 42-foot walls and secured with a padlock-compatible handle. For spill containment, the building must include a sump with a minimum capacity of 1200 gallons.The structure must feature a robust fire-rated design, with walls tested by Intertek for a minimum 4-hour rating and a roof tested for a minimum 3-hour rating.
