About this opportunity
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Minnesota has a requirement to procure one (1) new, unused 100-Ton Removable Gooseneck (RGN) Semi-Trailer engineered specifically to support the loading, unloading, and transit dynamics of heavy tracked armored vehicles (tanks) up to 100 Tons. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued in accordance with FAR RFO Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) Due to the extreme point loads and rigid stance of heavy armor, the trailer must feature a mandatory 10-foot baseline rigid deck width and a compliant multi-axle layout matching Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) bridge formula guidelines for Superloads as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
