NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10226QA4700350 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for cable service for Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force (CRFTF). The period of performance for this effort will be a base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is $170,124.72. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement.
