The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Gardening services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
