Synopsis - Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Department of Homeland Security (DHS) / United States Coast Guard (USCG) The U.S. Coast Guard intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation to procure sustainment support services for the Ports and Waterways Safety System (PAWSS), including Preventative, Corrective and Adaptive Maintenance services. This action is limited to support related to the Lockheed Martin proprietary core Maritime Traffic Management (MTM) series software product.
