Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) with Aerial IgnitionCapabilities1. Scope and Objective The purpose of this solicitation is to procure a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) equipped with an aerial ignition payload system, thermal and optical sensors, and required support equipment. The system will primarily be used for forestry, land management, and controlled burn operations. 2.Regulatory and Compliance Requirements To be considered for award, the proposed system MUST meet the following compliance standards: NDAA / Buy American Compliance: The UAS and all associated components (including sensors and payloads)must be fully compliant with Section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act(NDAA) and the Buy American Act.
