Replace identified electrical outlet covers. Replace identified light switch covers. Patch only identified minor holes or defects on identified interior walls. Complete all remaining tasks in a manner that will present a clean, neat, and professional appearance in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS). Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price, technically acceptable.
