STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT: This requirement is for the purchase and delivery of an estimated quantity of 6,000 lb. capacity cargo swivels cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0286 and an estimated quantity 6,000 lb capacity, 12’ lead lines cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 0380, to be delivered in various quantities to multiple Incident Support Cache locations nationwide. SCOPE: This firm-fixed price, BASE + Four (4) Option Year IDIQ procurement contract shall provide all items to include FOB (Destination) shipping for the following: (1) Provide three (3) units of each item for first article testing to the National Technology & Development Program (NTDP) within 14 days of date of award.
