Place of Performance. The work must be performed on board the ship at the location detailed below: USCGC MIDGETT (WMSL 757) 400 Sand Island Pkwy Honolulu, HI 96819 Background. USCGC MIDGETT has experienced recurring issues with the gas turbine blow-in door actuator. Ship’s force initially replaced the actuator after failure due to a bent shaft.
