Notice of Intent D-26-NJ-0034 The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with PCI TEC 1386 Big Oak Road, Luray, VA 22835-5233 for the renewal of one (1) GrayKey Mobile Premier license. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16) (ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
