The Solid Waste and Recycling Program is operated by the EMP2 Program in Code 1023. The Solid Waste and Recycling Program operates in accordance with the Solid Waste Disposal Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in order to increase diversion of Solid Waste to landfills by means of recycling.
