The Indiana National Guard (INARNG) United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting (P&C) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for Surgical Dental Services. THIS WILL BE AN UNPRICED PURCHASE ORDER, IAW FAR 12.201-1(e)(2), WITH A NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $100,000. THE SOLDIERS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR FACILITY WHEN SERVICES ARE NEEDED AND ONCE COMPLETED YOU WILL BILL THROUGH WAWF. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SURGICAL DENTAL SERVICES WITHIN 50 MILES OF CAMP ATTERBURY INDIANA. IF YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE IN THIS LOCATION YOUR RESPONSE WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE.
