Offerors are required to sign the SF30 and submit with quote in order to be considered for award.*** The Texas Army National Guard intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with up to three (3) BPA holders for clothing items in support of the Recruitment Sustainment Program (RSP). Each awarded BPA will be for a five (5) year ordering period. The ceiling for each BPA holder is $349,999.00 for the entire five-year period.
