Purpose of the project: VA Northeast Ohio Health Care system is looking to procure as needed services for Trauma/Crime scene Clean-up when needed for the entire health care system. Contract vehicle will be a firm-fixed price IDIQ. Background: Following a suicide, violent death, or severe accident, the removal of biohazardous materials, such as blood, human remains (tissue and bone fragments), and other contaminants, must occur on varied surfaces.
