AMENDMENT 01 – ISSUED 27 August 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Revise the requirements document from a Statement of Work (SOW) to a Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect updated requirements identified during the site visit. The revised PWS supersedes and replaces the prior SOW in its entirety. In addition, the contract opportunity is extended, and offers are now due no later than September 4, 2026, at 1500 PDT. Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF-30 with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
