About this opportunity

NASA/KSC has a requirement for Event Sequence Diagrams (ESD) populated with nuclear launch vehicles’ accident failure scenario and outcome services. NASA/KSC intends to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement to acquire these services from Advanced Systems Concepts Associates (ASCA) as they have developed their own proprietary process and mission specific ESDs based on their database of all launches for all launch vehicles worldwide; a unique capability unknown to be had by any other company or organization.
