NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to TA INSTRUMENTS – WATERS L.L.C.| 159 LUKENS DR; HISTORIC NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE 19720 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that TA INSTRUMENTS – WATERS L.L.C. is the sole provider of Service and repair of ARES Rheometer. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
