About this opportunity
Regulated Medical Waste services for all 50 United States, Guam, and Puerto Rico. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HT942726RE015 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Regulated Medical Waste services. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The Government intends to make one award for each of the three Regions (West, Central, East), for up to three single award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm fixed priced (FFP) contracts.
