This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, Laboratory Department; intends to award a fixed price sole source contract IAW RFO 8.401(b) and GSAR 538.7104-3(a), the Contracting Officer (CO) hereby documents the decision that only one source is reasonably available for preventative maintenance services.
