About this opportunity

This is not a solicitation, request for quote, or proposal. No contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the O&M of the Expeditionary Transfer Dock (ESD) vessels. The Contractor must operate and maintain the vessels to support the assigned missions. The vessels must be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition, and must be mission-ready at all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods).
