About this opportunity
This is not a solicitation, request for quote, or proposal. No contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The Military Sealift Command has a requirement for the O&M of the Expeditionary Transfer Dock (ESD) vessels. The Contractor must operate and maintain the vessels to support the assigned missions. The vessels must be operated in a professional manner and maintained in a good operable condition, and must be mission-ready at all times (excluding scheduled maintenance, repair and overhaul periods). The Contractor must operate the vessels and related systems and equipment in accordance with all relevant laws, terms of this contract, United States Coast Guard (USCG) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) rules and regulations that would apply as if it is owned by a non-gover...
