The intent of this notice is to identify a commercially available controller that is fully compatible with existing Rockwell Automation (RA) - Allen-Bradley (AB) programmable logic controller (PLC) for the Naval Base Guam Potable Water SCADA System. The information received will be used by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas to determine another commercially available controller fully compatible with the Naval Base Guam Potable Water SCADA system.
