Notice of Intent: CUSTOM INDUCIBLE KNOCKIN MOUSE (PCA-NIDDK-02527) The National Institutes of Health intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Ingenious Targeting Laboratory Inc. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Ingenious Targeting Laboratory Inc is the only responsible source presently identified as capable of satisfying the complete technical requirements of this Custom Inducible Knockin Mouse. The Government determined that CRISPR/Cas9 and custom mouse-model generation services are available from multiple sources. However, the Government's requirement is for a specific endogenous Gcm2 genomic modification, rather than generic CRISPR/Cas9 mouse generation.
