About this opportunity

This notice is issued in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, specifically RFO 12.102(a) (Restricting Competition) and RFO 5.101. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial construction contract on a sole source basis to PP91 Enterprises, Inc, (UEI: TK2SC8CCNUL4), an 8(a) small business. The Government has a requirement for the specialized mechanical and software re-configuration of the facility's existing HVAC System . The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Re-programming and re-configuration of the chiller control sequences to align with updated building occupancy schedules.
