About this opportunity
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The Library of Congress (Library), one of the largest libraries in the world with over 150 million items, is seeking a single award IDIQ contract to continue performing researcher assessment, engagement, and analysis in line with the Library Collections and Services Group’s Strategic Plan. The consulting activities include research of the Library’s onsite and online users, review of the Library’s programs and initiatives, and other consulting activities related to the researcher experience.
